I assist you with everything needed to wrap up the deal and get you settled. Recommendations for reputable local trades & companies will ensure a smooth transition.

The best place to start is with an informal chat.

We can then understand your requirements and see where I can assist. Beach or acreage, school preferences, walking & cycling tracks, coffee shops & yoga studios… we cover it all!

I work on a No Find, No Fee basis. If I can't find you your dream home, then you don't pay a cent... but that's never going to happen here on the Sunshine Coast.

Hi, I’m Julia Mortimer and I am thrilled to be in a position to help families, executives & retirees find their next home, here on the magnificent Sunshine Coast. For over 20 years I have worked closely with, or in the real estate industry. From running a successful Real Estate Marketing company, to buying and selling homes and completing a large sub-division development, I have kept my finger on the pulse.

Having lived on the Sunshine Coast for over 10 years I am well positioned to help you navigate the sometimes stressful process of securing a home from afar.
